  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, simply browse our menu, select the items you want, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Once you've added all your desired items, proceed to checkout, provide your delivery details, and complete the payment.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order in real-time. You can also track your order through the "Order History" section on your account dashboard.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods, including Credit/Debit cards, Online Payment and e-wallet secure online payment options.
  • How much is delivery?
    Our charge for delivery is RM 7 in West Malaysia and RM 15 in East Malaysia.
  • When will my order arrive?
    - Delivery is normally made Monday – Friday (business days - excluding Public Holidays). - Products can take different times to get to you, it really depends on the supplier for each product. - The estimated delivery time for west Malaysia ( Semenanjung ) it takes 2 - 3 days and for east Malaysia ( Sabah Sarawak ) it will takes 4 - 6 days.
